1940s style WVS uniform Rag Doll

Phyllis is very proud to be a member of the WVS even though she has had to make her own dress as there is a shortage of ready made ones , but loved every stitch of it! Phyllis is completely hand stitched, she has an embroidered face needle felt hair, cotton dress ,felt hat, coat and shoes with hand stitched WVS felt badges , she measures approximately 22” tall . Due to the nature of the fabrics used Phyllis is not a toy she is for display purposes only
